Ameron Appoints Stephen E. Johnson as Senior Vice President-General Counsel.PASADENA, Calif. -- Ameron International Corporation (NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange : AMN Amn abbr. airman ) today announced the appointment of Stephen E. Johnson to the position of Senior Vice President, Secretary & General Counsel, effective immediately. Mr. Johnson was previously Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Computer Sciences Corporation, a Fortune 200 Company. Mr. Johnson succeeds Javier Solis, who after 26 years of distinguished service at Ameron announced his retirement. Mr. Johnson will report to James S. Marlen, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Ameron.
