Ameron, Inc. changes name to Ameron International Corporation.


PASADENA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 17, 1996--Ameron, Inc. announced today that the name of the company has been changed to Ameron International Corporation. Ameron stock will continue to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)
