. The amendment will permit borrowings up to $20 million through December December: see month.  31, 2002. The loan will primarily be secured by 4.0 million shares of Knight Trading Group, Inc. ("Knight") common stock. The previous agreement had been secured by 7.0 million shares. Accordingly, 3.0 million shares of Knight will be available for other corporate purposes. The Company expects to execute the amendment by December 31, 2001. The Company currently has $12.5 million outstanding under the revolving credit agreement.
