Ameritrade Holding Corporation (Nasdaq:AMTD) today announced that Chief Information Officer Raymond Dury will be resigning for personal reasons and to pursue other opportunities, effective in June. The Company expresses its appreciation for the valuable contribution Dury has made over the course of his three years at Ameritrade. His replacement has not yet been named. The Technology Group Senior Management Team will continue to manage the day-to-day technology operations. This team consists of Gary Greenwald, Enterprise Applications; Cecilia Murphy, Technology Engineering Services; Bob Lassiter, Web Applications; Pat Nunley, Architecture & Planning; and Riley Penny, Enterprise Operations.
