Ameritrade Ad Campaign Showcases the Technological Edge Investors Demand in the 21st Century.


OMAHA, Neb. -- With technology a standard in the lives of 21st century investors, a new ad campaign from Ameritrade Holding Corporation (Nasdaq:AMTD) emphasizes the edge the Company's brokerage subsidiary, Ameritrade, Inc., delivers through cost, execution quality, speed and an innovative suite of products and services.

By illustrating the benefits our society enjoys thanks to smarter, everyday technologies, the campaign serves to remind the audience that similar advantages are available when investing with Ameritrade. Trade Triggers(TM) allows clients to act while offline(1), SnapTicket(TM) provides easy trading access and Ameritrade Apex provides cutting edge service. The message - it's the 21st century, and investors should have the ability to trade like it.

"This campaign is focused on demonstrating the versatility of our platform and the advantages we can deliver to individual investors through 21st century products and services," said Anne Nelson, chief marketing officer. "Just as you can easily start your car by pressing a button in your living room, investors can trade while away from their computers. This campaign invokes these images."

The campaign correlates with the introduction of the brokerage firm's redesigned Web site, which combines outstanding depth of information, customizability The ability for software to be changed by the user or programmer. See application programmability., superior products, ease of use and an impressive package of risk management tools.

The commercials debut Wednesday, October 6. Initially, a total of five spots will air on various cable networks including CNBC, CNN, MSNBC and ESPN networks. Print and online advertisements will launch simultaneously.
