:AMCX) the company is pleased to announce today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire 100% of Recyclex Corporation (USA), thus making Americlean Inc. the largest dry-cleaning service provider in Canada.

Recyclex reported revenues in excess of $1,500,000 for the year ended 1997. With this acquisition, Americlean anticipates increasing revenues of the Recyclex division to $5,000,000 during the next twelve months of operations.
