The bank will be centrally located in the city of Glendale, California Glendale is a city in Los Angeles County, California, United States. It lies at the eastern end of the San Fernando Valley, is bisected by the Verdugo Mountains, and is an important suburb in the Greater Los Angeles Area. .

Americas United Bank (AUB), In Organization, is expected to be one of the first Hispanic owned and managed business banks in the state of California in over thirty years. The group of 30 organizers is comprised mostly of Hispanic entrepreneurs and professionals. The organizers, which include the Chairman, President & CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
