American and Pacific Stock Exchanges begin trading on Chips and Technologies' common stock.SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 3, 1995--Chips and Technologies Inc. said today that the American Stock Exchange American Stock Exchange (AMEX) Stock exchange in the U.S. Originally known as “the Curb,” it began as an outdoor marketplace in New York City c. 1850. It moved indoors to its present location in the Wall Street area in 1921. and the Pacific Stock Exchange will begin trading options on Chips and Technologies' common stock on Thursday, May 4. Option contracts with position limits of 10,500 contracts will open with strike prices of 7 1/2, 10 and 12 1/2. Initial expiration months will be May, June, July and October 1995.
