Preferred stock whose dividends accrue, should the issuer not make timely dividend payments. Related: Non-cumulative preferred stock.
 on March 1, 2002.

The 5% Cumulative Preference Stock will be redeemed for $25.00 per share and the 5% Cumulative Preferred Stock will be redeemed for $25.25 per share, in each case without interest.

Record holders of those securities are being mailed today a Notice of Redemption and detailed instructions on where and how they are to submit their stock certificates for redemption.
