) today announced that its subsidiary, AMVAC Chemical Corporation, entered into an exclusive multi-year agreement with Bayer CropScience LP to market, sell and distribute Bayleton(R), a fungicide fungicide (fŭn`jəsīd', fŭng`gə–), any substance used to destroy fungi.
