American Vanguard Corp., Newport Beach, Calif., selects Christopher Hildreth as senior vice president and director of sales. Hildreth has 27 years of sales and management experience in the agriculture industry. He spent eight years in sales management at Pfizer Crop Protection until the company was acquired by United Agri Products. He served in similar roles at UAP and was selected as general manager of UAP Canada in 1993. His other positions at UAP included executive vice president-international president and general manager of distribution, and president of the products company.
