Company Moves Ahead Aggressively With New Business Strategy

It is anticipated that the Capacity Services Agreement will result in a definitive contractual arrangement between the companies, providing containerized revenue capacity for five years to Averitt Express, on a wholesale basis, with an automatic option for renewal of the agreement. AMUC anticipates the value, of the proposed Capacity Services Agreement, to be approximately $875 million over the five year period. The Company expects to have the initial 25 FF-1080 aircraft in service by fourth quarter 2004.
