LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- American Utilicraft Corp. has observed that market trading in its shares (OTC: AMUC.PK) has continued at volume and pricing consistent with levels previous to its dividend payment of Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. ("UAI") shares to AMUC shareholders. AMUC shareholders and prospective investors should recognize that the record date for the dividend was set at September 22, 2005, and the payment date set at October 5, 2005. This information was set out in UAI's Form SB-2 registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and in AMUC's notice to NASDAQ, Depository Trust Corporation and, through them, the brokerage community and furthermore reported in AMUC's Company Information posted at www.pinksheets.com,. Absent further action by AMUC's directors, only holders of AMUC shares on October 5, 2005, will receive UAI shares in the AMUC dividend.
