: AMUC AMUC Acta Mathematica Universitatis Comenianae ) - American Utilicraft Corporation's previously announced 2 for 1 stock split became effective at close of business yesterday, June 28, 2004. The split, disclosed in the Company's June 8 and June 18, 2004, Forms 8-K and 8-K/A, covers all shares issued and outstanding as of the record date. As a result, the Company now has issued and outstanding 88,813,696 shares.

The Company requests that its shareholders note the payment date for the forward split has been set by the Company's transfer agent, Continental Stock Transfer, for July 19, 2004. All holders of shares as of 5:00 p.m. EDT EDT
