American United Corp, Inc Acquires Studio Bromont, Inc By Way of Reverse Take Over.

Studio Bromont, Inc. (OTCBB:SBRT), is pleased to announce the shares exchange agreement with American United Corp, Inc (AUC).

Studio Bromont Inc. is acquiring all the outstanding shares of AUC for a total amount of $13,125,000. In exchange, the company as of payment will issue 26,250,000 shares of its capital at $0.50 / per share.

Studio Bromont, Inc will become American United Corp and will have AUC as a wholly-owned subsidiary. The closing and the name change will be effective as of September 29th, 2003. The National Association of Security Dealer the over the counter regulator will be asked to change the company trading symbol. Until the final approval is obtained from the regulatory authorities, the current company trading symbol will remain effective.
