: AMT See vPro. ) today announced that its Board of Directors has elected David E. Sharbutt as a member of the Board, effective July 6, 2006. Mr. Sharbutt most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Alamosa Holdings, Inc., a provider of wireless personal communications services See PCS. , which was acquired by Sprint Nextel Sprint Nextel Corporation (NYSE: S) is one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world. With 55 million subscribers, Sprint Nextel operates the third largest wireless telecommunications network in the United States (based on total wireless customers), behind  Corporation in February 2006. Mr. Sharbutt had been Alamosa's Chairman and a director since Alamosa was founded in July 1998 and Alamosa's Chief Executive Officer since October 1999.

Mr. Sharbutt brings over 30 years of telecommunications industry experience to the Board.
