American Television and Film Company (Pink Sheets:ATFT) today announced that it has agreed to acquire a 50 percent ownership stake in the new reality television show "STAG stag

"STAG" is Tommy Habeeb's latest half-hour reality television project. Habeeb is widely known for bringing the show "Cheaters" to the air as the host Tommy Grand.
