:AI) announced today that Robert B. Werner has resigned from the ATSI Board of Directors effective immediately.

Robert B. Werner, commented, "It has been a pleasure to serve alongside the dedicated team at ATSI. Although this has been a difficult decision, it is the right decision that will allow me to devote more of my time to family matters. I have been pleased to see ATSI reach important milestones during my tenure that have positioned it for the future. I remain a strong ATSI supporter and substantial shareholder."
