" announced today that it has secured a financing facility from a private equity fund introduced by Jesup & Lamont Securities Corporation. Under terms of the agreement, the fund has agreed to purchase up to 5,000,000 shares of ATSI common stock over an 18-month period. ATSI has no initial commitment to draw on the facility, but may do so on an as-needed basis as often as every 20 days, subject to certain restrictions. The amount of funds to be generated under the facility for Company use will depend on the price of ATSI's common stock at the time each draw is executed. H.
