ATC Becomes First RF Capacitor Manufacturer

to Offer Online Ordering for Selected Products

AMERICAN TECHNICAL CERAMICS CORP. (AMEX Symbol: AMK), a leading manufacturer of ceramic RF and microwave components, announced today that it has enabled its Website (www.atceramics.com) with e-commerce capabilities, making it the first RF/Microwave capacitor manufacturer to offer this option for ordering products. With this feature, ATC customers have the opportunity to order online more than 30 different part kits used for circuit prototyping and lab applications.

The kits featured online include ATC's flagship 100 Series porcelain capacitor, the new 600 Series ultra-low ESR microwave capacitors, as well as the 500 Series, 700 Series and tuning sticks. The products available for online ordering include:

-- Design Kits: ATC offers 27 different design kits, each one

containing a selection of popular chip capacitor values for

circuit prototyping.

-- Lab Kits: The comprehensive bench-top lab kits are designed to

provide sufficient inventory for almost any lab application.

The Company offers five distinct lab kits.

-- Tuning Stick Kits: ATC tuning sticks, consisting of a 100

Series capacitor permanently attached to a non-conductive

holder, enables engineers to easily select the right

capacitance value for circuits without soldering capacitors in

place.

ATC kits, including a full range of customized configurations, as well as all other products are also available from the Company's direct sales team.

ATC has also enhanced its site to provide more information to customers, investors and employees. The site offers a complete listing of ATC capacitor and Thin Film products, including specification overviews and technical notes. Customers may also download, without cost, ATC's proprietary design support software and other capacitor literature.
