At ATC's Jacksonville facility, Mr. Giacalone's responsibilities include operations management for certain existing specialty capacitor products as well as future, value-added products.

During a 29-year career in the ceramics industry, Mr. Ott has held management positions at the TAM Ceramics unit of Cookson, plc (UK), Muscle Shoals Minerals, and the Carborundum Company. Mr. Ott's responsibilities include all core product line manufacturing, process engineering, and facilities engineering operations at ATC's Huntington Station, NY location.

The Company's products are focused primarily in the high reliability market for UHF (Ultra High Frequency) The range of electromagnetic frequencies from 300 MHz to 3 GHz.
