American Technical Ceramics Corp. Announces the Expansion of Its Board of Directors.

) announced today that it has expanded its Board of Directors from five members to six members and has appointed Thomas J. Volpe to fill the resultant vacancy.

Mr. Volpe is currently Senior Vice President Financial Operations of the Interpublic Group Companies, Inc. He joined Interpublic in 1986 after spending 16 years with Colgate-Palmolive Company where he held a series of International positions before becoming Assistant Corporate Controller in 1978 and a Vice President and Treasurer in 1981. Mr. Volpe also serves on the Board of Alliance Atlantis Corporation, Industry Leader's Fund and Silicon Gaming Corporation. He is a Director and Treasurer of the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
