American Systems Corporation Names General Michael G. Lee as Executive Director.

CHANTILLY, Va. -- American Systems Corporation (ASC) announced today the addition of Brigadier General Michael G. Lee, U.S. Air Force (Retired) to the company's leadership team. Lee will serve as the Executive Director and Vice President of ASC's Special Services Division, an organization serving the intelligence community by offering tailored services and solutions.

General Lee has over 30 years of operational management experience in multifunctional and multidiscipline environments. He has proven expertise in worldwide operations and intelligence activities; with an extensive hands-on and executive level background in matrixed international program management, oversight and negotiations. General Lee served as the special assistant for geospatial intelligence to the Combined Forces Land Component Commander, Chief of Intelligence during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Using off-the-shelf technologies and integrated operations, he led the fielding of end-to-end solutions enabling near-real-time situational awareness through visualization, vastly exceeding customer expectations.
