American Suzuki Sales Increase 12 Percent in November; Year-to-Date Sales up 24 Percent.

) today announced sales of 6,395 units in November - an increase of 12 percent over November 2005. Year-to-date Year-to-date (YTD)

The period beginning at the start of the calendar year up to the current date.
 sales total 93,673 units, up 24 percent over the previous year.

Suzuki's monthly increase in November continues the company's recent overall sales momentum. In 2005, ASMC enjoyed the best sales year in its 21-year history, selling 82,101 vehicles. American Suzuki has already eclipsed its own annual sales record and remains on pace to sell more than 100,000 automobiles in the U.S. this year.

ASMC's November sales increase was led by the sales of its Grand Vitara, which sold 1,815 units, an impressive 28 percent increase over last year's numbers. The top-selling Forenza family of vehicles also contributed to November's increase, with 3,009 units sold in November.

Suzuki's diverse product line now features the XL7 and Grand Vitara SUVs and a variety of cars to match the needs of every lifestyle. The 2007 vehicle line also includes the functional SX4 compact crossover, popular and versatile Forenza sedan Sedan (sədäN`), town (1990 pop. 22,407), Ardennes dept., NE France, on the Meuse River.
