To further clarify the previous press release dated April 20, 2000, the company began trading on the National Quotation Bureau's `Pink Sheets' on April 19, 2000.

Unfortunately the company, prior to the new management regime, failed to file this information before the deadline imposed by the NASDAQ OTC Bulletin Board. The information the company plans to file will be subject to review by the SEC.
