American Stock Exchange Seeks to Delist Big City Radio Common Stock.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 6, 2002

Big City Radio, Inc. (Amex:YFM YFM Yorkshire Fund Managers (UK) ) announced today that it has received a letter from the American Stock Exchange American Stock Exchange (AMEX)

 advising the Company that the Exchange plans to file an application with the Securities Exchange Commission to strike the Company's common stock from listing and registration on the Exchange.
