), shareholders today elected James L. Anderson, Anne M. Holloway and Floyd E. Wicks as Class I directors to serve for a two-year term.

These individuals join Jean E. Auer, N.P. Dodge, Jr., Robert F. Kathol and Lloyd E. Ross, all of whom are serving as Class II directors until 2002.

The Company distributes electricity to approximately 22,000 customers in the Big Bear recreational area of California and contracts with various municipalities in both California and Arizona to provide services to an additional 90,000 customers.
