) announced today that it sold an additional 50,000 common shares to the public on October 12, 2004 at $25.26 per share under the terms of the over-allotment option included in the sale of 1,400,000 shares at the end of September, 2004. Delivery of the additional 50,000 shares will be made on or about October 15, 2004.
