American State Bank Merges with American Bank; The State's Largest Independently Owned Community Bank Continues Its Expansion into Greater Minnesota.

ST. PAUL, Minn. -- American State Bank of Olivia and its Renville, Minnesota branch merge into St. Paul based American Bank effective October 24, 2005. The first day of business as American Bank in Olivia and Renville will be Monday, October 24, 2005.
