, Minn. -- American State Bank American State Bank, founded in 1948 and headquartered in Lubbock, Texas, is a financial service company with $2.0 billion[1] in assets and offers a full range of banking and financial services to customers in West Texas. They currently have 34 branch in 18 communities.  of Olivia and its Renville, Minnesota branch merge into St. Paul based American Bank effective October 24, 2005. The first day of business as American Bank in Olivia and Renville will be Monday, October 24, 2005.
