PACOIMA, Calif. -- American Soil Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: SOYL) announced today that it has entered into a sales and marketing agreement with Spectrum Advisors, LLC of La Palma, Calif. Spectrum will primarily serve the states of California, Washington and Oregon and will concentrate on the retail horticulture industry.
