American Soil Technologies Announces Dealer Agreement with HRE of Benton City.

PACOIMA, Calif. -- American Soil Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:SOYL) announced today that it has entered into a Dealer Agreement with HRE a company owned by Richard Roos, located in Benton City Washington. The dealer will concentrate on the sale of and development of new agriculture applications utilizing the Company's linear polymer marketed under the brand name Stockopam.

American Soil Technology's linear polymers greatly improve water infiltration and limits soil erosion through cohesion. They reduce soil compaction and, significantly reduce soil fertilizer and pesticide loss resulting from runoff and helps reduce sodium levels in the soil.

The dealership is owned by Richard Roos. Mr. Roos earned a master's degree in ecology from Brigham Young University. His work has concentrated on characterization and cleanup under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) sites, and restoration of plant communities on disturbed lands. Richard first began using linear polymers to stabilize soil and promote seed germination during restoration projects.

Mr. Roos, together with his associates, spent several years developing and improving the chemistry and mechanism to apply linear polymers in pivot irrigation tracks. These new applications have developed great demand, not only in pivot irrigation, but also have generated interest from irrigation companies and farmers to seal ditches and reduce seepage loss. Dairies also began using the linear polymer products in wastewater ponds as an almost immediate solution by settling fine particles from the water, and clarifying wastewater for recycling or disposal.
