American Skandia's New Innovation Enhances Variable Annuity Appeal for Rollovers From 401(K) and IRA Accounts.

American Skandia Life Assurance Corporation has announced the introduction of Plus40(TM), an optional guaranteed issue term life insurance rider issued in conjunction with its deferred variable annuities Variable annuities

- Includes a charge that is based on a percentage of Account Value.
