The Company reported revenue of $38,545,000 for the year ended December 31, 1994, compared with revenue of $39,485,000 for the year ended December 31, 1993. The Company reported a net loss of $5,175,000 or $1.80 per share for the year ended December 31, 1994, compared with a net loss of $15,644,000 or $5.46 per share for the year ended December 31, 1993. The 1994 loss included a $362,000 net gain on early extinguishment of indebtedness, and a $3,294,000 gain on sale of assets, primarily from the Company's sale in December 1994 of eight respiratory therapy respiratory therapy Medical profession concerned with assisting the respiratory function of individuals who have severe lung disorders.
