 Grace, "We have a tremendous amount of faith in the future of ARSC and believe this is an excellent time to acquire the company's stock." Grace went on to note that the company has initiated the audits required to complete its acquisition of Galaxy Microsystems, Inc. and is continuing its efforts to secure Letters of Intent with several other acquisition candidates. "We believe in our business model and are beginning to see the fruits of our efforts. It is our intent at ARSC to improve shareholder value. In consideration of this, we absolutely wanted to own more shares." Grace mentioned that the three of them had recently acquired over 1,000,000 additional shares.
