Tirotta, MD, MBA, as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Dr. Tirotta, who previously served as a member of the Board of Directors, replaces Walter Lambert, who will remain a Director of the Company.

Dr. Tirotta, who founded the Company's Kidz-Med[TM] division in 1993, will now oversee the Company's two wholly owned subsidiaries, Heart Smart [TM] and Kidz-Med[TM]. Dr. Tirotta graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in biochemistry from Cornell University in 1982, received his MD from New York University School of Medicine in 1986 and completed his MBA at Columbia University in 1999.
