This represents a 6% decrease in revenues and a $0.89 decrease in net income per share when compared to the prior fiscal year. The fiscal year 2007 earnings per share were impacted by the recording of stock compensation expense which resulted in a charge of $7,454,000 after income taxes, or $0.80 per share in the fiscal year 2007.
