American Science and Engineering, Inc. Receives Follow-On $15.7 Million Order from the U.S. Government under ID/IQ Contract; Second Delivery is for 20 Z Backscatter Vans.

The second delivery is for twenty ZBVs totaling $15.7 million. The order includes options, operator training, spare parts and warranty.

A breakthrough in X-ray detection technology, AS&E's Z Backscatter Van is a low-cost, highly mobile screening system built into a commercially available delivery van.
