 for the quarter ended June 30, 2005. The net income and net income per share for the quarter ended June 30, 2005 differs from that disclosed in its press release dated August 5, 2005 due to an increase in the Company's provision for income taxes in the quarter. The Company increased its previously announced provision for income taxes by $989,000 to amend the Company's calculated effective tax rate for certain equity-related items. This change impacted previously reported net income per share by $0.11 and increased the Company's effective tax rate for the quarter to 22%. The Company projects that its effective tax rate for the year will be approximately 23%. The Company's net income and net income per share for the quarter after reflecting this change is $6,997,000 and $0.78 per diluted share.
