American Fire Retardant Corp. (OTCBB:AFRT), in continuing to increase their safety products arsenal, announced today that American Safety Products, Inc., a division of AFRC, has acquired a majority interest in LCM Technologies, Inc.

LCM Technologies, Inc., is a product development and technology company in the public security sector and inventor of high-level security devices. LCM has teamed with major companies in that industry to deploy what may be the world's first and most secure equipment for transportation and airport security applications.

LCM's product will be optimized for clients in need of high-performance technology for airport security, domestically and abroad, and other government applications.

This proprietary intellectual property uniquely positions LCM Technologies for the specialized applications required to assure our security. These high-security devices will benefit clients by enabling security personnel a wide range of secure, connectivity options utilizing existing WiFi technologies and with tremendously unique applications.
