A first draft registration statement filed by a firm prior to proceeding with an initial public offering of securities. The document, filed with the Securities & Exchange Commission, is intended to provide pertinent information to prospective shareholders
 supplement for an offering of 4,000,000 shares of common stock to be sold by the Company pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The underwriter has the option to purchase up to 600,000 additional shares of common stock from the Company to cover over-allotments, if any.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds Net Proceeds
