Faulk to Executive Vice President, Operations. Ms. Faulk is responsible for all of the Company's credit policy and risk management activities. These include quality assurance, compliance, licensing, broker administration and post-closing operations. Before her promotion, Ms. Faulk was Senior Vice President, Operations. Prior to joining the Company in 1997, Ms. Faulk served as Vice President, Conduit-Operations for Advanta Mortgage Corporation where she managed the Conduit Division's underwriting, funding and processing functions in the subprime credit markets.
