The Company has leased approximately 24,000 square feet of space at 10421 Wateridge Circle, Suite 250, San Diego, California “San Diego” redirects here. In commenting on the move, John M. Robbins, Jr., Chief Executive Officer of American Residential Investment Trust, said, "We are adding experienced mortgage banking professionals to expand branch operations and fill corporate positions for the new subsidiary. Our present location could not accommodate the needs of American Mortgage Network. We are already originating and funding loans through our Portland and Sacramento regional centers."

American Mortgage Network originates mortgages through the wholesale channel and exclusively serves the mortgage broker community nationwide. Regional sales and underwriting centers are located in Roseville (Sacramento), California and Lake Oswego Lake Os·we·go
