American Republic and World to Transition up to 60,000 Health Insurance Customers to Great-West Healthcare's Provider Networks and Medical Management Programs.

 VILLAGE, Colo. -- Great-West Healthcare, a division of Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Company (Great-West), announced today it has entered into an agreement to provide network access and medical management services to up to 60,000 American Republic Insurance Company (American Republic) and World Insurance Company (World) health insurance customers.

American Republic and World are leaders in the individual health insurance market, offering a variety of major medical plans to individuals, families and small business owners nationwide. Beginning early next year, they will transition up to 60,000 health insurance customers to Great-West Healthcare's network and medical management services.
