American Reprographics Duplicating printed materials using various kinds of printing presses and high-speed copiers. Co., a Glendale-based provider of
reproduction services, has appointed Jonathan Mather CFO See Chief Financial Officer. .
Mather replaces Mark Legg, who is retiring.
He was formerly with NETGEAR as CFO and earlier worked at Applause
Inc.
American Reprographics also said that its president and COO (Cell Of Origin) See mobile positioning. , K.
"Suri" Suriyakumar, will become CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. of the company in
February, 2008 when its current CEO, S. "Mohan" Chandramohan,
retires. Chandramohan, the company founder, has headed the company since
1988.
