American Red Cross Disaster Assistance Continues for Families Affected by July 28th Floods.

ASHTABULA & LAKE COUNTIES, Ohio -- Staff and volunteers of the American Red Cross continue to provide disaster assistance to those affected by the severe floods that began on July 28th.

Shelters: Two shelters remain open for residents who are currently unable to return to their homes:

The Ashtabula County Chapter of the American Red Cross continues to assist the families that were affected by the flood that occurred on Friday July 28. Families have major damage to their homes and need assistance with their basic emergency needs can contact:

What You Can Do To Help - It is now estimated that the cost of our response to the Lake County Floods could top $200,000. We need the help of the community to fund this assistance to their neighbors. Financial assistance is the quickest way to get help to those who need it.
