Shelters: Two shelters remain open for residents who are currently unable to return to their homes: Harvey High School 167 W. Washington Street Painesville, Ohio Madison Senior Center 2938 Hubbard Road/Rte. 528 Madison, Ohio Client Assistance: The Ashtabula County Chapter of the American Red Cross continues to assist the families that were affected by the flood that occurred on Friday July 28. Families have major damage to their homes and need assistance with their basic emergency needs can contact: American Red Cross Ashtabula County Chapter 433 Center Street Ashtabula, Ohio 440-998-1020 The Client Services Assistance Center will be open from 9:00AM -7:00PM from Tuesday through Friday.
