The Monster Blood Drive is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the American Red Cross West Los Angeles Center, located at 11355 Ohio Avenue in West Los Angeles (enter off Sawtelle, north of Ohio Ave.). Blood donors must be at least 17 years old, weigh a minimum of 110 pounds, be in good health and not at risk for HIV/AIDS HIV/AIDS Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome . Donors must make an appointment and complete the donation process before receiving the free Halloween Haunt ticket.
