:ARL ARL - ASSET Reuse Library ) announced Tuesday that the company's board has appointed Henry A. Butler, 51, and Martin H. White, 63, as directors to serve until the 2003 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. White was also appointed to serve as a member of the audit committee. With the addition of the two, the board's membership stands at five directors due to the recent resignation of director Richard Humphrey.

Butler is a real estate broker specializing in the major U.S. markets. He has 26 years of experience in commercial real estate. Since 1992, Butler has served at Basic Capital Management, Inc., advisor to ARL until June 30, 2003, in BCM's land sales group, where he has directed a number of important re-zoning projects in Dallas and other large commercial real estate markets.
