American Realty Advisors Provides Mezzanine Financing for the Acquisition of Broadway Marketplace.


GLENDALE, Calif. -- American Realty Advisors announced today the funding of a mezzanine loan A mezzanine loan is a relatively large loan, typically unsecured (ie., not backed by a pledging of assets) or with a deeply subordinated security structure (e.g., third lien on the property but non-recourse vis-a-vis the borrower).  for the acquisition of the Broadway Marketplace, a 388,000 square foot retail property located in Denver, Colorado. This institutional-quality community shopping center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into  is located in a high-density metropolitan area approximately 1.5 miles south of downtown Denver.
