The fund has raised $30 million and is targeted to close at $50 million. The fund was created to allow pension plans and other qualified investors to invest in a pooled investment vehicle for the purpose of investing in construction loans, mortgages, participating mortgages, equity/joint ventures and equity investments in institutional quality real estate.
