GLENDALE, Calif. -- American Realty Advisors announced today the acquisition of Columbia Industrial Portfolio, a combination of premier industrial properties spanning the states of California, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Built between 1979 and 2001, this portfolio of primarily Class-A properties represents a total of 4.2 million square feet and an average occupancy rate of 92%, with over 60 quality tenants including Restoration Hardware, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Standard Fruit & Vegetable Compound (a division of Del Monte), Public Storage, and Northstar Aerospace. Marshfield Business Park, located in Baltimore, Maryland, is the largest investment, representing 28% of the total portfolio, based on square footage.
